Street in Bacolod is unique as it fronts a compound with two picturesque heritage structures with 1920 Art Deco architectural styling. For the vacant lot at one end of the compound, the theme was carried out in the form of a new eight-storey residential condominium project.

PLANNING

The Poblacion is Makati’s old town district. As the premier urban center of the country, Makati continues to grow. Thus, the city’s officials thought it timely to initiate a heritage conservation project to preserve the oldest and most historic district.
