The objective of the project is to develop a feasible (technical, financial and economic) and sustainable (socially, environmental and aesthetic) development for the CEZA Convention/Expo and Sports Center (approximately 5,000 hectares). The outputs shall include sufficient detail for project implementation, including layout plan of the utilities and preliminary architectural designs.
