The project involved the preparation of conceptual land use and circulation plans based on the concept of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) for areas immediately surrounding 11 stations of the North-South Commuter Railway Project. It included site and architectural designs and cost estimates for the areas within a 500m radius of the transit stations.

TOD is an urban development as well as a real estate strategy for implementing a compact, mixed use development that optimizes the benefits arising from mass transport systems. CONCEP has been involved with the promotion of TOD in the country sine 2008.
