The Mega Manila Subway (MMSP) serves as a vital north-south transport link in Mega Manila, working alongside the North-South Commuter Rail (NSCR). After consulting with stakeholders, the chosen Phase 1 route runs east of EDSA, from Mindanao Avenue Station to FTI Station, with all underground stations. Alongside construction, the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) concept is being introduced to enhance passenger accessibility, promote urban and socio-economic development in station areas.
